What Is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an alternative healing practice that uses vibrations to synchronize with your brainwaves and induce a state of ease. It dates back to indigenous Australians and ancient Egyptians, with the latter using sound chambers and resonating structures to heal illness. Today, we commonly use voice and instruments in our sessions.
